What You’ll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Support the performance management process by helping managers with appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation plans.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
